VCAC (Verification, Compliance, and Account Change) triggers are Amazon's automated or manual review processes that activate when sensitive account details are modified. Without governed sequencing, these changes can result in verification holds that freeze disbursements, suspend selling privileges, or require extensive documentation to resolve.
How long does a governed account transition take?
Timelines vary by complexity and are indicative, not guaranteed. Simple single-field changes are typically quicker; multi-field transitions require staged sequencing. Business-acquisition and entity-change verification can take several weeks and may take longer depending on the account history, evidence requested and Amazon's review. No fixed completion timeframe can be guaranteed. We never rush changes — the goal is reducing verification risk, not speed.
Do you need access to my Seller Central account?
No. Our credential-minimizing process means we do not request logins by default. We govern through advisory, documentation preparation, and sequencing guidance. If direct action is needed, we use Amazon-approved delegation methods only.
Is transferring Amazon Brand Registry ownership the same as transferring a Seller Central account?
