Amazon Account Management

Under Structured Governance

We run your Amazon account as an operational discipline — account health monitoring, case management, listing hygiene, performance notifications, and proactive risk surfacing — so you stay ahead of enforcement, not behind it. We don't promise outcomes. We govern the process.

Risk & Growth Review

What Happens Without Governance

Unmonitored risk signals accumulate — policy warnings unread, performance metrics drifting, listing issues compounding — until enforcement arrives. Structured oversight surfaces those signals early, while they are still correctable.

What We Govern

  • Governance — compliance monitoring, documentation readiness, enforcement-risk surfacing
  • PPC — Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display: structure, bids, budget governance
  • Listings — listing hygiene, catalogue compliance, content and variation control
  • Operations — case management, inventory workflows, SOPs for your team
  • Reporting — weekly performance snapshots and monthly governance reports
  • Team — coordination and alignment of in-house teams, VAs and agencies

How Governance Works

  1. Audit & Stabilise — typically 7–14 days to review the account and stop active risk
  2. Restructure Systems — campaign restructuring, listing optimisation, workflow correction
  3. Optimise & Govern — continuous performance and compliance management
  4. Governance Monitoring — ongoing oversight, reporting and risk flagging

What You Receive Each Month

A weekly performance snapshot covering key metrics and action items, a comprehensive monthly governance report with trend analysis, risk flags, PPC breakdowns and strategic recommendations, a monthly strategy call, and a maintained action log. Structured and actionable — not vanity metrics.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is PPC management included in account management?

Yes. PPC management — including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display — is a core pillar of our account management service. We handle campaign structure, bid optimisation, budget governance, and performance reporting as part of the standard engagement.

Do you handle DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC)?

DSP and AMC are available as optional add-ons for accounts with sufficient scale and budget. Not every account benefits from DSP — we'll assess during the audit phase whether it's appropriate for your situation and goals.

How do you report performance?

You receive a weekly performance snapshot covering key metrics and action items, plus a comprehensive monthly governance report with trend analysis, risk flags, PPC breakdowns, and strategic recommendations. All reporting is structured and actionable — not vanity metrics.

What happens if there's a policy issue or enforcement action?

Our governance framework includes proactive compliance monitoring and documentation readiness. If an enforcement event occurs, we activate a case triage workflow and coordinate with our reinstatement team. The goal is always prevention first, but we're prepared for response.

Do you replace my existing team, or integrate with them?

We integrate. Many clients have in-house teams, VAs, or existing agency relationships. We provide the governance and oversight layer — structured reporting, compliance checks, and strategic direction — that coordinates all moving parts. We don't compete with your team; we align them.

What marketplaces do you cover?

We govern accounts across Amazon US, UK, EU (DE, FR, IT, ES, NL, PL, SE), CA, and UAE. For sellers expanding into additional marketplaces, our governance framework extends to new regions as part of a structured expansion plan.

What access do you need to my account?

We require secondary user access to Seller Central (or Vendor Central) with appropriate permissions for the areas we govern. We follow strict access protocols — documented permissions, no unnecessary access, and clear separation of responsibilities.

What's a realistic timeline for seeing improvements?

The audit and stabilisation phase typically takes 7–14 days. Structural improvements (campaign restructuring, listing optimisation) begin in weeks 2–4. Measurable performance shifts typically emerge within 60–90 days of consistent management. We do not promise specific outcomes — results depend on market conditions, product competitiveness, and account history.

What are the contract terms?

Engagements are typically month-to-month after an initial commitment period. We believe in earning retention through results, not locking clients into long-term contracts. Specific terms are discussed during the scoping process.

What's the communication cadence?

You receive weekly async updates (short-form progress reports) and a monthly strategy call (executive review). For urgent matters — enforcement events, major policy changes — we communicate immediately. Day-to-day communication happens via a shared channel (Slack, Teams, or email).

Do you work with Seller Central and Vendor Central?

Yes. Our account governance framework supports both 3P (Seller Central) and 1P (Vendor Central) models. The governance principles are the same — structured oversight, compliance monitoring, and performance accountability — though operational workflows differ between the two.

What don't you do?

We do not provide legal advice or legal representation. For matters requiring legal counsel, we coordinate with qualified legal partners when needed. We also do not guarantee specific revenue outcomes, ROAS targets, or immunity from Amazon enforcement actions.

Can you help if my account is already at risk?

Yes. If your account is currently facing enforcement, we begin with an accelerated compliance review and case triage. For active suspensions, we coordinate with our reinstatement specialists. Account governance then transitions to ongoing monitoring to prevent recurrence.

Do you provide SOPs for my team?

Yes. As part of the Operational Control pillar, we develop and maintain SOPs for your team or VAs covering listing updates, inventory workflows, case management, and compliance checklists — ensuring consistent execution regardless of who handles day-to-day tasks.
